Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical sample items offered through Luminouscleanse when purchased directly from us via inquiry. Digital content and free club information on the website are not returnable goods.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging with tags attached where applicable.

Eligible Condition

• Item shows no signs of outdoor use, washing, or alteration
• All components and documentation included
• Proof of purchase or order reference provided

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, personalized goods, or products damaged after delivery due to misuse are not eligible. Hygiene-related goods opened from sealed packaging may not be returned where safety standards apply.

Process

Email contact@luminouscleanse.world with your order details. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs for voluntary returns are generally paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
